Refund & Cancellations
Thank you for shopping with Habbitree. We take pride in providing high-quality, fresh, and healthy products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work when you shop with us at habbitree.com.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
As our products are food items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered food products.
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a genuine quality issue
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide photos or videos as proof.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the evidence provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used food products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned without approval
- Items purchased during clearance or special sales
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To raise a request, please contact us:

Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your payment provider. If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued through:
- UPI
- Bank transfer (You will be asked to provide details securely.)
5. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, the order may have already been processed.
To cancel, email:

After Shipping
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund as per the policy.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the order returns to us due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Customer not available
- Phone not reachable
- Delivery attempts failed
A refund will be issued excluding:
- Shipping charges
- RTO (Return to origin charges) Re-shipping can be arranged (at customer’s cost).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment app
