📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.

📍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply on select products or during promotions.

🔁 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal to accept the parcel
  • Non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery

➡️ The to-and-fro shipping charges and applicable handling fees will be deducted from the customer’s order amount.

  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at Habbitree’s discretion.
  • COD orders returned due to customer fault may be restricted from future COD purchases.

🏠 Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are complete and accurate. Habbitree will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
