Serving Size vs Pack Size: How to Understand the Difference
Pack size is how much food is in the whole pack. Serving size is the amount the nutrition numbers are calculated for.
On Habbitree’s pages the pack is 250 g and the serving is 30 g, so a pack has about 8 servings (250 ÷ 30 is about 8.3). The Trail Mix lists 8 to 9.
Why it matters
If you eat two servings, double the per-serving numbers. If you compare two products, use per 100 g, because serving sizes can differ.
For example, 30 g of whole walnuts is 196 kcal, so a 60 g handful is about 392 kcal. See a worked example.
