Daily Nutrition Mix vs Protein Powder: How to Compare Them
Share
A Daily Nutrition Mix and a protein powder are different products, so compare them on the label, not the name.
- Protein per serving. Habbitree’s mixes have 5.4 g to 6.5 g per 30 g of powder. Check the protein per serving on any powder you compare.
- Serving size. Serving sizes differ between products, so also compare per 100 g.
- What else is in it. Habbitree’s mixes are made from grains, nuts, seeds and flavourings, not just protein.
- Sugars. Two flavours contain added sugar (3.5 g and 3.2 g per serving), and one has none.
- The milk. Every mix is prepared in 200 ml of milk, which adds its own protein.
