What Is in Each Daily Nutrition Mix? An Ingredient Comparison

The four Habbitree Daily Nutrition Mixes share a base of milk or oats, nuts and seeds, but each flavour adds different ingredients. Here is what the product pages say.

What is different in each

Flavour What makes it different
Almond Kulfi Almonds, with saffron and cardamom flavouring. The page lists the main ingredients and refers to the pack for the full list.
Cookies Crumble Dark cookie crumbs (4%, made with wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat and cocoa), dark cocoa and natural vanilla.
Espresso Crunch Roasted cocoa nibs (2.5%), dark cocoa, and brown sugar (desi khand) alongside brown dhaga mishri.
No Added Sugar Almond Kulfi 13 ingredients including almonds, saffron, green cardamom and rose petal powder. No sugar ingredient is listed.

What the shared base includes

The full ingredient lists on the Cookies Crumble, Espresso Crunch and No Added Sugar pages include oats powder, roasted chana flour (sattu), almond, pumpkin seed, watermelon seed and cashew powders, flax seed powder and poppy seeds. Cookies Crumble and Espresso Crunch also list skimmed milk powder.

What each contains, per its label

Flavour Allergen line on the page
Almond Kulfi Milk and tree nuts (almond, cashew)
Cookies Crumble Milk, oats, gluten (wheat) and tree nuts (almond, cashew)
Espresso Crunch Milk, oats and tree nuts (almond, cashew)
No Added Sugar Almond Kulfi Oats and tree nuts (almonds, cashews)

The last three are manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, soy and peanuts. Note that you prepare every flavour with milk, so the finished drink will contain milk whichever one you choose.

Reading this

Cookies Crumble is the only flavour whose page lists wheat (gluten) as an ingredient, through its cookie crumbs. The Almond Kulfi page refers to the pack for its full ingredient list. For added sugar, the No Added Sugar flavour lists 0 g per serving, while Cookies Crumble and Espresso Crunch list 3.5 g and 3.2 g. Always check the label on your own pack, since formulations can change.
