- Cashews have the lowest energy and fat, with the least fibre.
- Walnuts have the most energy and fat. Their page describes them as rich in omega-3 fatty acids but doesn’t give a figure.
All three pages list 0 mg of cholesterol. The almond and cashew pages also list minerals such as magnesium and iron.
Storage and shelf life
All three have a best-before of 9 months from manufacturing. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal after use. Refrigeration is recommended after opening, or for prolonged freshness in the case of almonds.
Allergens
All three are tree nuts. The walnut page also notes possible traces of other tree nuts. Check the allergen declaration on your pack.
